这是WinPing，用于windows下的ping .代替控制台模式的ping.方便操作。
WinPing可以在视窗下实现Dos中Ping功能的工具软件，它用不同的颜色来反映不同的响应速度，有一个简洁易操作的界面，是绿色软件，无须安装可直接使用。它支持域名地址、IP地址及文件方式（混合、多地址） 操作。于对大量地址进行Ping操作，尤其是面对诸多代理服务器地址如何选择更快IP的时候， WinPing就是最好的选择。
